Clinical Defence only for Part-time GPs

For GPs who work 5 sessions or fewer per week, including a maximum of one OOH session. You must have adequate clinical negligence insurance in place covering your work. For Wales, you must be on the Wales GP register if working as Locum. For Scotland, you must ensure you are covered under CNORIS.

For GPs who work 6–10 sessions per week, including a maximum of two OOH sessions. You must have adequate clinical negligence insurance in place covering your work. For Wales, you must be on the Wales GP register if working as Locum. For Scotland, you must ensure you are covered under CNORIS.
