Amardeep Nibber

I joined MDS in 2018 as a Case Manager, and over the course of six years, I progressed through all roles within the legal team, culminating in my appointment as Assistant Head of Legal in 2024. I hold an LLB (Hons) and completed the Legal Practice Course over a decade ago, followed by obtaining my Professional Skills Course certification in 2020. I am also an active member of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA).

At MDS, my work spans a wide range of healthcare regulatory and disciplinary matters, including clinical negligence claims, inquests, and MHPS (Maintaining High Professional Standards) investigations. I have a particular focus on supporting medical professionals facing serious challenges. Recognized for my expertise in professional discipline, I have successfully defended numerous healthcare professionals against allegations of misconduct and capability, including cases involving serious sexual offences, clinical concerns, and disciplinary appeals.
