Dr Giorgio De Faveri

With over a decade of experience in communications, I have honed my expertise in membership organisations and learned fellowships. Before embarking on my communications career, I earned a PhD in Chemistry from Queen Mary University of London under the supervision of Professor Mike Watkinson.

At MDS, my primary focus is on enhancing communication with our members and external stakeholders. I aim to create a smooth and supportive membership journey, ensuring our members feel valued and confident in choosing us as their defence organisation. My work with medical associations, fellowships, and the NHS has deepened my admiration for healthcare professionals and the critical work they do.

Being part of MDS provides me with the privilege of supporting this remarkable community of medical professionals. I’m dedicated to ensuring they have peace of mind, knowing we are here to support them, so they can focus on delivering excellent care.

Originally from Italy, I’ve now spent nearly half my life in the UK, embracing its culture while staying rooted in my Italian heritage.
