I joined MDS in 2021 as a membership administrator, working closely with colleagues to continually enhance the services and support we provide to our members, ensuring their needs are met effectively. I now have a dual role, dividing my time between the Information Technology department and the Membership team. In IT, my focus is on improving the membership process and streamlining our systems to create a smoother, more efficient experience for everyone. I enjoy solving puzzles and tackling the challenges that often arise in this field.
One of the things I appreciate most about working at MDS is its small, close-knit environment, which allows us to provide a truly personal and high-quality service to each of our members.
Outside of work, I enjoy repairing watches and exploring antique and collectible auctions, where I’m always on the lookout for unique finds.
