Lidia Bardell

I joined Medical Defence Shield in 2019 after several years of experience in insolvency, followed by over a decade in the education sector. During this time, I applied my background in psychology and had the opportunity to teach my native language, Spanish.

As the Office Administrator at MDS, I support the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring everything runs efficiently.

The highlight of working at MDS is, without a doubt, the incredible team and their wealth of expertise. Every day, I see firsthand the genuine commitment and dedication each team member brings to make a positive, meaningful difference for our members. And, of course, MDS’s supportive workplace culture is truly one of a kind – it’s a privilege to be part of such an inspiring environment.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family in nature,  I’m passionate about all things musical, and I have recently developed a keen interest in how the Earth’s geography shapes international relations and politics.
