Mannie Sanghera

I joined MDS in 2020, bringing my BA (Hons) in Journalism and Creative Writing to the team. My degree laid the foundation for my passion for storytelling, which I’ve honed throughout my career in marketing.

This field has allowed me to refine my copywriting skills and evolve as a content creator. Social media is my forte – I love the creative side of marketing, from crafting engaging campaigns to fostering meaningful communication. My role gives me the opportunity to channel my creativity into shaping perceptions and driving change. I particularly enjoy the research behind campaigns and creating compelling content that resonates with people.

What sets MDS apart is the dedication we all bring to supporting our members. Beyond that, we genuinely value and support one another. Each of us contributes unique skills to the company, and together we collaborate to ensure MDS thrives. Whether it’s the legal team, employment experts, friendly membership individuals, or the creative marketers, we all give our absolute best to stand out in everything we do. We’re authentic and unlike any other MDO.

Outside of work, I’m a proud bookworm and often get lost in a gripping thriller. As a mum of two, I love spending time outdoors with my kids, watching them find joy in life’s simple pleasures – from jumping in puddles to hunting for acorns in the autumn leaves. I also embrace my inner Gordon Ramsay in the kitchen, cooking fresh and delicious meals for my little tribe. And here’s a fun fact: I have a soft spot for classical music – something most people might not expect.
