I joined Medical Defence Shield driven by the company’s commitment to helping people navigate challenging situations and achieve the best possible outcomes. Being part of MDS allows me to contribute to a system designed to support clients effectively and efficiently, following established policies and guidelines.

I hold a BA Hons Second Class Upper Division in Business Administration, a Gold in Leadership and Management Development in Recruitment from LBC, and a BTEC Intermediate Level 2 in Casework Supporting from EDEXCEL. Over the years, my personal achievements have helped me grow and adapt, allowing me to apply valuable life skills and personal development to my professional practice.

I take great satisfaction in listening to clients, understanding the nature of their queries, and offering a compassionate, non-judgmental space that puts them at ease. It’s important to me that each client feels heard and supported throughout their journey with MDS.
