Pawanjeet Nibber

I joined Medical Defence Shield in 2024 because I was drawn to the opportunity to work closely with dental nurses, a field I am truly passionate about. With an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Dental Nursing and Oral Health, as well as specialised training as a dental implant specialist nurse, give me valuable insight into the challenges faced by nurses. My previous experience as a GDC-registered dental and implant nurse allows me to empathise deeply with the cases we handle at MDS, enabling me to make a positive impact on the support we provide.

What I love most about working at MDS is knowing how much we help others. Knowing that we are here to help others inspires me every day. I am excited to continue growing with MDS and contributing to its mission of supporting healthcare professionals.

Outside of work, I love travelling and have enjoyed some unforgettable experiences, including my honeymoon in the Maldives. I am also an enthusiastic cook who loves exploring and experimenting with cuisines from around the world.
