Pushpa Kadappa

I began my career with Medical Defence Shield since its launch in 2010 and I am proud to have been a part of its history and growth as one of the leading medical defence organisations in the UK.

In my role as ‘Head of Membership’ spanning over a decade, I have played a key role in building the foundations of our core services and upholding the highest standards of service to our members. It has also been a wonderful opportunity to foster lasting relationships with our partners and stakeholders who have contributed to our growth and expansion.

I have now commenced a new role as ‘Head of Outreach’ which promises to be an exciting time for networking and collaboration. It is always a pleasure to meet and interact with medical professionals from all walks of life, learn about the challenges faced and offer our unstinted support and guidance.

On the personal front, I have undertaken various creative pursuits in fine art and design, including professional commissions in Calligraphy. My academic background has stood me in good stead with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, English Literature and Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations & Advertising.
