With over 20 years of experience in leadership roles across FTSE 100-500 companies in the banking and fintech sectors, I bring a wealth of expertise in delivering high-quality solutions and services to businesses. I have a proven track record of managing complex projects and programmes across India, the Middle East, the USA, the UK, and Europe. My passion lies in digital transformation, innovation, and leadership, and I have successfully led and implemented numerous global digital transformation initiatives and infrastructure practices leveraging various cloud technologies.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with esteemed organisations such as Nationwide Building Society, Lloyds Banking Group, Hargreaves Lansdown, St. James’s Place, PayPal, Amazon, Microsoft, Xerox, and Currys PC World. My focus has always been on aligning IT, security, and operations with business strategy and vision to consistently deliver measurable outcomes and benefits.
In addition to my professional achievements, I am an entrepreneur at heart and an avid sportsman, having competed in multiple sports at a highly competitive level. I hold an array of professional certifications, including ITIL, Prince2, Scrum Master, Microsoft, and AWS, alongside advanced qualifications in management and leadership. These include completing the Emerging Leader Programme at Harvard Business School and the Business Growth Programme for senior executives at Oxford Brookes University. These experiences have equipped me with the skills to manage geographically dispersed teams, foster collaboration and trust, and drive rapid business growth.
At MDS, I am committed to leveraging my expertise to contribute to the organisation’s growth, continually challenging myself to learn and innovate while aligning with MDS’s vision and values.
Outside of work, I’m a big sports enthusiast. I particularly enjoy playing cricket, badminton, and squash. Additionally, I’m passionate about public speaking and find fulfillment in training and coaching cricket to kids and youth.
