Sarah Hussain

I joined MDS in 2022 as a Case Manager and returned at the beginning of 2025 after a short break in the summer of 2024. It’s great to be back working with such a dedicated and supportive team, helping our members through often challenging times.

I hold a degree in Illustration and Design and have always seen myself as a creative and artistic person. My background brings a fresh perspective to my role and helps me approach each case with empathy and attention to detail.

MDS is a company that truly values its people. I feel proud to work for an organisation that not only makes a real difference to its members but also supports the wellbeing and circumstances of its staff. Every day, I have the chance to speak with members from a range of backgrounds, and I find it incredibly rewarding to provide them with guidance and reassurance when they need it most.

Outside of work, I love travelling and spending time outdoors. I grew up in Newcastle and lived there until I moved to Bedford in 2021. I still return to Newcastle regularly to visit family and friends, and it will always feel like home.
