Thomas Giles
My journey into law began later in life, in 2020, inspired by a strong desire to make a meaningful difference and champion what is just and fair. Before entering the legal field, I gained extensive experience in investigatory analysis and case management as an Inspector at the Health and Safety Executive.
In 2024, I joined MDS as a solicitor, bringing with me a diverse background in both litigation and regulatory law, developed through roles in a national law firm and the public sector. MDS stood out to me as an organisation that consistently goes above and beyond to secure the best outcomes for its members, allowing them to focus on their vital work with the reassurance of robust legal support.
I’ve been recognised for my interpersonal skills, practical and thoughtful analysis, and a calming approach when addressing a wide range of client needs.
Outside of my legal career, I’m an avid reader with a particular interest in history and world affairs, and I enjoy honing my skills as an amateur chess player.
