Join us for our next free webinar for MDS members at 7pm on 16th June 2026, for an informative session exploring sexual harassment in the workplace from a healthcare perspective.
Your hosts, Demi-Leigh Mason and Jade Conway from the MDS Legal Team, will introduce the key definitions of sexual harassment and examine the professional, employment and regulatory considerations that can arise when concerns about conduct are raised.
The session will cover employer responsibilities, the circumstances in which DBS referrals may be required, and the expectations of regulators including the GMC, NMC and HCPC. It will also explore the importance of reflection, insight and remediation when addressing concerns about professional behaviour.
Through practical case studies and discussion, participants will gain a clearer understanding of how to identify, report and respond to concerns, while considering the wider implications for professional accountability and workplace culture.
This webinar will count for 1 CPD hour. Please note that attendance certificates will be issued using the email address and personal details provided during the booking process. If you are a MDS member and would like to view a recording, get in touch at [email protected].
